Refund policy

We accept return, replacement, or issue partial refund, for an item that —
a) has been damaged in transit.
b) has significant flaws that were not otherwise mentioned in the product description or shown in the photos.

REPLACEMENT
COSMONS apparel or gift items that arrive to you damaged are replaced.
Return/replacement after ordering the wrong size of apparel will not be free. So, please make sure to order the right size. A size guide is available on clothing items’ product description.

RETURNS
For returns, the refund shall cover the price of the item.

PARTIAL REFUND
We also offer partial refund where the buyer would like to keep the item.

PROCEDURES
To ask for refund or return, please —
1) Send us a message at email(at)deomarpandan.com within 14 days from receipt of item, along with images showing the damage/flaw. Returns may not be accepted after the lapse of 14 days.
2) Send us the item in its original packaging. To be eligible for return, item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

SHIPPING
You will have to bear the cost of shipping the item back. Please consider using a trackable shipping service, since we can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. When approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

FAILED DELIVERY
In case you fail to accept delivery of your purchase and the package is returned to us, you will have 2 actions to choose from:
a) Reshipping. We will resend the package, but you will have to pay the same amount of shipping fee.
b) Partial refund. The refund only covers the price of the item, without including the shipping fee, since the latter has already been expended.
